Terms and Conditions

Richz Corporation Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “RCC”) provides the following terms and conditions for the sale of Eternal Diamond. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms.

1. Order

Customers may visit the sales gallery to view and select their preferred lab-grown diamond. Once the selection is confirmed, the customer shall proceed with full payment to secure the order. Following payment, the customer will be entitled to reserve a session for DNA infusion at the designated laboratory lounge. Eternal Diamond may incorporate 2 individual DNA samples per diamond, allowing for a shared and meaningful creation.

 

2. Production Timeline

Due to the personalized nature of Eternal Diamond products, which incorporate the customer’s DNA:

The production process begins only after the DNA sample has been successfully collected. The DNA infusion process requires approximately 2 hours per sample. The DNAs laboratory scheduling, and quality assurance processes. RCC reserves the right to notify customers of any reasonable delays.

 

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All orders are considered final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable upon completion of the purchase transaction. Once the diamond has been purchased, no cancellations, modifications, or refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances, due to the personalized and irreversible nature of the product.

 

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All technologies, proprietary processes, patented methods, and custom designs used in the creation of Eternal Diamonds remain the exclusive intellectual property of RCC.

Any reproduction, duplication, distribution, or unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited and may be subject to civil or criminal penalties under applicable law.

Ethics and Compliance

1. Ethical DNA Handling

RCC is committed to the ethical and respectful handling of all DNA samples. DNA is collected solely for the creation of your Eternal Diamond. Once sample collected, the DNA is used immediately in the carbon extraction process for infusion. If the customer chooses to delay processing and store the DNA for future use, a cryogenic storage fee will apply.

 

2. Data Protection and Privacy

RCC strictly complies with the provisions of Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). All personal data collected from customers is securely stored, treated as strictly confidential, and shall not be disclosed, transferred, or sold to any third party without the customer’s prior written consent.

With respect to genetic data, RCC confirms that all DNA samples will be used solely for the purpose of carbon extraction as part of the Eternal Diamond creation process. All genetic material will be securely discarded following the completion of the extraction process, unless the customer has explicitly requested and paid for cryogenic storage.

RCC and its authorized partners implement robust technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of customer identity and genetic data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

 

3. Integrity and Transparency

RCC upholds the highest standards of transparency, ethical business practices, and customer trust. All stages—from DNA collection to infusion—are documented, traceable, and conducted with full accountability.

Each Eternal Diamond is certified by internationally recognized gemological institutions such as the International Gemological Institute (IGI) and Gemological Institute of America (GIA), ensuring authenticity, quality, and consistency with global standards.

 

4. Non-Medical Use

DNA collected is not used for medical testing, genetic profiling, health diagnostics, or scientific research of any kind. The use of DNA in Eternal Diamonds is purely symbolic and artistic, serving as a tribute to personal identity and emotional legacy.

2. Quality Policy

Every Eternal Diamond is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and undergoes rigorous quality control at every stage, including DNA infusion.

Due to the personalized and customized nature of each diamond, repair or replacement services are not available once the product is completed and delivered.

We strongly recommend that customers thoroughly review and confirm all specifications prior to finalizing their purchase.
